- Via navigation: anonymised browsing data (pages visited, session duration) via privacy-respecting analytics tools. No advertising cookies are used.
- Via emails: content of your exchanges with our team.

Your data is used to:
- Respond to your contact and booking requests
- Send you information relating to the launch of Van'Africa (only if you have consented)
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with our legal obligations

Processing is based on:
- Your consent (newsletter, launch list registration)
- The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (booking requests)
- Our legitimate interests (service improvement, security)

Contact and booking data: retained for 3 years from the last contact.
Browsing data: anonymised, retained for a maximum of 13 months.
Contractual data: retained for 5 years in accordance with legal obligations.
